Goal

This tech client sought to host their annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) event in Las Vegas for the first time since a global pandemic ushered their teams to remote work. This event would mark their return to in-person gatherings and face-to-face meetings for many new colleagues. SFG Productions partnered with this client to deliver a live show designed to engage and unite their audience, ensure alignment on internal messaging, and motivate their sales force for the upcoming year. The goal was to create an unforgettable experience that would energize participants and reinforce company objectives.

Solution
To bring the client’s vision to life, our creative and technical teams collaborated closely to develop an event aesthetic that resonated with the sports theme. We needed technology that would enhance the theme while allowing the content to be the star of the show. Our solution was a stunning 200-foot curved LED wall that spanned the length of the General Session room, providing a dynamic and immersive visual experience resonating as a Jumbotron at a stadium. This was complemented by stadium lighting and cinema-quality cameras to ensure that every moment was captured with exceptional clarity and detail. In addition to the visual elements, our creative team devised engaging interstitial content. This included a live marching band to infuse energy into the event and original Sports-themed Jumbotron graphics that incorporated the brand’s colors, logos, and textures kept the audience visually engaged. We also incorporated sing-a-longs, noisemakers, and cold sparks to elevate the excitement, creating a festive and interactive atmosphere that kept attendees engaged throughout the event.

Results
The event successfully educated and entertained a live audience of 3,900 people, along with a remote audience who watched the broadcast. The combination of engaging content, innovative technology, and interactive elements provided an exhilarating experience that set this SKO apart from typical corporate events. Attendees left with a deeper understanding of company insights and a renewed sense of motivation, having participated in a one-of-a-kind event that perfectly blended information with entertainment.
